Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the rules for ordering, paying for and using MR.RDP services. Read them before creating an account or placing an order.
01Acceptance and service scope
By browsing the MR.RDP website, creating a client account, placing an order or using a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable product description, invoice, acceptable-use requirements and any additional terms displayed during checkout.
Services include remote desktop, virtual server, application-focused VPS, residential connectivity and dedicated server products. Product availability and configuration are confirmed by the secure order portal.
02Accounts and customer information
You must provide accurate contact, billing and verification information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting passwords, service credentials, API keys and access to the client account.
- Use an email address you can access for provisioning, invoices and security notices.
- Do not share the client account with unauthorized persons.
- Notify MR.RDP promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You remain responsible for activity performed through your account and services.
03Orders, verification and provisioning
An order is not accepted until payment, fraud screening and any required verification are complete. MR.RDP may request additional information, reject an order, refund an unprovisioned order or delay delivery while checks are performed.
Services are delivered electronically. Provisioning times vary by product, stock, operating-system choice, verification and technical configuration. Dedicated servers and location-specific services can require additional time.
04Billing, renewal and overdue invoices
Charges are payable in advance according to the billing cycle shown on the order and invoice. Services normally renew automatically through generated invoices unless cancelled correctly. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and paying before the due date.
| Service | Overdue handling | Possible result |
|---|---|---|
| RDP / VPS | Grace period may apply for the first three days | Suspension from day four and termination from day seven may occur |
| Dedicated server | Action may begin when the invoice becomes overdue | Immediate suspension or loss of reserved hardware may occur |
| All services | Late fees may be added where shown on the invoice | Access can remain restricted until all balances are paid |
Times are operational guidelines based on the existing policy and do not create an obligation to preserve an unpaid service or its data.
05Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted from the secure client area using the cancellation option for the relevant service. Requests sent only through chat, social media or informal messages may not be treated as valid cancellation.
- Submit cancellation before the next invoice due date.
- Immediate cancellation can terminate access and data quickly.
- Customers must cancel any separate payment subscription they created with a payment provider.
- Dedicated server cancellation should be submitted at least 15 days before renewal.
06Refund policy
Contact support promptly when a service problem occurs so the team can investigate. Refund eligibility depends on the product, provisioning status, payment method, promotion and the terms shown at checkout.
- VPS, RDP and dedicated server services are generally non-refundable after provisioning.
- Setup fees, domains, SSL certificates, licenses, transfers and third-party items are non-refundable.
- Promotional orders and account credit may be excluded from cash refunds.
- No refund is issued when a service is suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- Any approved refund is normally returned through the original method where technically possible.
When the secure order page states a different product-specific refund rule, that displayed rule controls for that order.
07Acceptable use
You may use MR.RDP services only for lawful, authorized and non-abusive purposes. You must comply with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, third-party platform rules and network-provider policies.
You are responsible for the content, software, traffic and users associated with your service. MR.RDP may investigate complaints and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
08Prohibited activities
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft or deceptive schemes.
- Unauthorized access, scanning, exploitation, malware, botnets or denial-of-service activity.
- Spam, abusive bulk messaging or use of harvested contact data.
- Copyright infringement, illegal content or distribution without permission.
- Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies, Tor exit nodes, peer-to-peer file sharing or prohibited game servers where they create risk or excessive load.
- Using residential services to evade verification, platform enforcement, account restrictions or consent requirements.
- Any activity that harms network reputation, other customers, third parties or infrastructure stability.
09Resource usage and fair use
Shared virtual infrastructure requires responsible use. A customer may not continuously consume excessive CPU, disk I/O, network, process or memory resources in a way that degrades the host node or other services.
Disruptive usage can result in throttling, reboot, temporary shutdown, suspension or a request to upgrade. For VPS services, sustained use equivalent to a full CPU core or abnormal load on the host node may be treated as excessive.
10Security and software maintenance
Self-managed services require the customer to maintain the operating system and applications. This includes updates, firewall rules, strong authentication, malware prevention, secure configuration and removal of unused services.
MR.RDP may take emergency action when a service is compromised or poses a material security risk. Such action can include network isolation, password reset, shutdown or suspension.
11Data, backups and retention
Customers must maintain independent, current and tested backups. Unless a paid backup feature is explicitly included, MR.RDP does not guarantee that customer data can be restored.
- Download important backups outside the hosted service.
- Test recovery procedures before an emergency.
- Remove data before immediate cancellation when possible.
- Suspended or terminated services and their data may be deleted without further notice.
12Third-party applications and services
OpenClaw, Coolify, n8n, operating systems, trading terminals, AI model providers, APIs, messaging channels, control panels and other third-party products have their own licenses, security requirements and terms. MR.RDP supplies only the infrastructure and services explicitly listed in the order.
Compatibility, installation, updates, API charges and third-party availability remain the customer’s responsibility unless a managed service is expressly included.
13Suspension and termination
MR.RDP may suspend, restrict or terminate a service for non-payment, fraud risk, abuse complaints, security threats, legal requirements, excessive resource use or breach of these terms. Urgent action may occur without advance notice when needed to protect customers, systems or third parties.
Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred and does not guarantee continued data availability.
14Availability, maintenance and support
MR.RDP aims to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, emergency work, software faults, upstream networks, attacks and events beyond reasonable control can affect availability.
Where an uptime credit or service-level commitment is expressly published for a product, claims must follow the stated monitoring method, exclusions and claim window. Dedicated servers may have different or no SLA unless shown in the order.
15Warranty, liability and indemnity
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MR.RDP does not guarantee that a service will meet every application requirement, generate business results, produce trading profit, bypass third-party controls or remain compatible with external software.
You agree to indemnify MR.RDP against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, users, activity, legal violations or breach of these terms. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period where permitted by law.
16Changes, disputes and contact
MR.RDP may update these terms when products, laws, security requirements or operations change. The revised version applies from the published effective date. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance.
Disputes should first be raised through the secure support or contact system so the parties can attempt a practical resolution. Any unresolved matter is subject to applicable law and the competent jurisdiction for the transaction.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the MR.RDP contact page .
